Rand Burnett has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar since 1975. He practices in the areas of personal injury; commercial and residential real estate; business law; probate administration; and wills, trusts and estate planning.

Mr. Burnett has been a director of the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce, a director of the Southwest New Hampshire Chapter of the America Red Cross, Chairman of the Board of the Keene Racquet Club, and President of the Westmoreland PTA. Mr. Burnett is also the Race Director for the annual Westmoreland PTA 4-Mile Run/Walk.

Mr. Burnett is a member of the Cheshire County Bar, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice. Mr. Burnett graduated from Dartmouth College and Stanford University Law School.
