Beth R. Fernald

Beth Fernald began her legal career in Boston, Massachusetts, and has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar since 1988. Her practice includes the areas of zoning and land use, real estate, municipal law, civil litigation and estate planning.

Attorney Fernald is a long time member of the Keene Rotary Club and has served with several nonprofit organizations, including the Monadnock United Way Campaign, the Monadnock Children’s Museum, the Colonial Theater, the Family Center, the Mariposa Museum, and Andy’s Summer Playhouse. Attorney Fernald is Chair of the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Sharon, New Hampshire, and frequently works on school related projects, from band trips to theatrical productions. She enjoys participating in the Lawyer in Every School and Mock Trial programs.

Attorney Fernald graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College (Massachusetts) in 1979, and magna cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1984.
